Simply add the pattern(s) to your cart and follow the prompts to check out. Upon completion of payment, you will be directed to a landing page where you can download your pattern(s) immediately. You can download your pattern(s) an unlimited number of times – simply sign in to your account and click on your order history to re-download in the future.
All payments are completed via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can continue through the checkout process to use any credit/debit card via the PayPal run system.
In the event that you inadvertently purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us through the contact page. We will be happy to either refund or exchange the duplicate purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to return patterns once purchased. The only exception to this would be a duplicate purchase as outlined above.
