Afterglow Leggings

The Afterglow Leggings are the workout tights you’ve been waiting for! Made for athletic knits, offering a light compression and a waistband that it sure to stay up throughout whatever movement you’re doing – whether that’s yoga, going for a run, martial arts, or just going to the grocery store. There are options for a non-pregnancy waist that hits at the natural waist, a mid-belly pregnancy option, and a full-belly pregnancy option.

This pattern features 7 length options – shorties, mid-thigh, bermuda, capri, 3/4, 7/8, and long. They offer an optional crotch gusset and do not have side seams on the leg. They are very simple, but we’ve worked hard to make them simply perfect.

This pattern is drafted for slightly hourglass proportions. We think it’s important not to gender our patterns, but we recognize that body proprtions vary and want you to be able to choose the right fit for you. Our hourglass proportion patterns were previously referred to as “women’s” and are drafted for bust and hip curves.

The Afterglow Leggings are perfect for an adventurous beginner sewing level. This pattern is made to use athletic knit fabrics with at least 50% 4-way stretch and a high elastane content.
